CI Solutions is Hiring a Remote Product Marketing Manager (FT)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Marketing Manager in the Education Technology (EdTech) Sector to join our dynamic marketing team. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive the success of our products. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with success in previous companies bringing a product line to market, a strong communicator, and a deep understanding of the product lifecycle. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to ensure our products' successful launch, promotion, and ongoing growth. This role requires reporting to our office in Los Alamitos, CA.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive product marketing strategies and plans to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for our products.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning and messaging.
  • Collaborate with the product management team to understand product features, benefits, and differentiation, and translate them into compelling value propositions for target audiences.
  • Create and manage product launch plans, including the development of marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, and training programs to support successful product introductions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing communications team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, social media, events, PR) to generate product awareness and demand.
  • Develop and deliver product training and sales enablement materials to educate the sales team on product features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for product enhancements or new product development.
  • Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to assess market trends, pricing, and positioning, and provide recommendations for adjustments to maximize product performance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather customer insights, conduct user research, and leverage data to drive continuous improvement of product offerings.
  • Collaborate with customer success teams to develop customer testimonials, case studies, and success stories that highlight the value and impact of our products.
  • Support sales teams in key customer meetings, presentations, and trade shows as a subject matter expert on the product portfolio.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in the technology/software industry.
  • Strong understanding of product management principles and the product lifecycle.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling messaging and marketing materials.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful product marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret market research and data to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product management, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing strategies.
  • Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools is a plus.
Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000.
